Eliza was the first Instagram live interview, and since then Tiffany has been able to feature many welders in different disciplines of welding on her Instagram live interviews.
Tiffany, Eliza, and the ladies of Welding Women Syndicate are dedicated to being a resource for women in the welding trade. From answering questions of how and where to get started, to advocating for better employment opportunities and treatment of women in the welding job force. They are all dedicated to making a safe haven and creating a sisterhood to help women be successful in this industry.
